So I finally decided to start a blog for my summer in London! I arrived last week, wednesday 11th of May. After the longest plane ride ever I finally was reunited with Emma and Dani Reed. Since we hadn't seen each other for almost a year we had to get ice coffee...forget Starbucks i'm in love with Costa Coffee.

Dani is a great with direction (no sarcasm) and drove through Central London on our way home to Emma's house, but it let me see all the sites.
We took the train into London on my first day. I got to experience my first Nando's! I will be visiting Washington, D.C. just to get my chicken peri-peri fix in the states. After food we did a little walking tour and saw the London Eye, Parliament, Big Ben, and Oxford Street. My three tour guides clearly new what they were talking about...apparently Tinie Tempah lives in Big Ben (hopefully his aunt's is close by for his clothes, right dani?).

The second day Dani and I went to Blue Water Mall where she works, and had lunch with JJ from summer camp. I was too jet lagged and 'Knackered' so it was nice to have a more relaxed day.
I hate surprises...but I love Dani Reed and Ben Hoosen-Jones for making the best surprise ever! On day 3 in London, Dani and I went back into the city. We got to see where I'm taking my summer classes and where my Flat is. After having lunch with her friend, we were walking by the London eye when I saw a familiar face... Ben! Most.Dramatic.Moment.Ever. Thank you Dani for fooling me (can't believe I didn't figure it out) and Ben for visiting! First week was a Trails End week with Gareth, Connor and Maria that day too.

Saturday night we went out for Amy's Birthday (emma's friend). My first english night out... so different that Tampa. From outfits, to dancing, to drinking, to the actually club. Major Judged with my dance moves. NBD! Sunday we went back to Blue Water for my first proper tea! Scones with jam are amazing!

Monday, Dani worked so I took my tube map and went into the City alone! I went on the Duck tour around London, met Ben for more Nando's and then went to Trafalgar Square. I was super nerdy and went to the National Gallery.

Dani worked again on tuesday so I took the bus to Blue Water and spent the day shopping and haning out in Costa and the Apple Store (where Dani works). That night we went to a local Kent pub for my first pub meal. After a little wii and ice cream, I had my last night at the Reed house!
The first week was the BEST week ever :) I love the Reeds and London.
